Please have your tracking number ready before you contact UPS. PolishHypermarkets.com would credit your account for the amount of the broken item or would ship it at no additional cost for you. 2. If you have a missing item please contact us at (718) 383-1330 within 72 hours of the delivery. You would have the following options: refund for the amount of the missing item plus the corresponding shipping*, receiving the missing item with your next order with no shipping charge for the missing item or receiving the item at no additional cost for you. 3. If you wish to return an item, you may return the item for refund or replacement within 7 days. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. You may want to insure your return to assure its safe arrival back to us. If you had paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued to your account after the item is delivered to us. 4. Out of Stock Items: We stock 98% of what we sell. From time to time, stock shortages may occur.
